The breakfast was good with many varieties, with a great selection of fresh options. Location: the hotel was near everything, including the QC Terme, which is a treat, transport and good restaurants and a metro station that goes to the Duomo & Milano Centrale.

Milan magic 🌆
Ja, the location was a gem, super quiet but just a hop to the metro! Room was spacious and comfy, and the shower pressure was lekker! Chommie at reception was super helpful too.
Just a heads up, the brekkie selection was a bit basic, needed more options if you ask me.

Located near Porta Romana, suits a business traveller with convenience as a priority. The hotel ,whilst not modern, was very clean and quiet; a necessity after a long business event.

The Superior Double Room offered decent space, letting you stretch out comfortably. Its location was excellent, being just a two-minute walk from the metro.
A few quirks held back the experience. The shower design could use a rethink as water had a tendency to leak out. Trying to get the right temperature was a hassle. The air conditioning just didn't do its job effectively. The breakfast spread had room for improvement too. Not much in terms of savory options like omelettes or fresh, high-quality sausages.

Position near metro station in center milano, clean, good breakfast, nice staff..
Room was extremely small, no place for the chair between the bed and desk in order to work. Very expensive internet access for a low bandwidth (difficulties even for e-mail exchange). Bizarre decision to leave in the bathroom (for several days in a row!) only one tiny piece of soap (for 2 people!), which had to be used for the shower also. Any other toilette item could have been made available following specific asking at the reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to our large group.
The elevators made awful noises, and were frequently not working correctly.

The rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect after long days exploring. We hit up QC Termemilano for relaxation and Acquatica Park for some fun! Super nice team, and the hotel is close to plenty of restaurants. Definitely recommend this spot!
Getting two of us and our bags in was a bit of a squeeze. But it's a minor issue compared to the great experience overall.

We stayed on the 7th floor, room 706. It had a nice view, sunny, we could even see the Duomo at the very very far. The bathroom was big and quite new. The hotel was one of the cheapest we could find onthose dates and it is right next to the metro. Also a few nice restaurants in the area. If you like walking, you can walk to the center. It takes about 30 minutes. The breakfast was good, probably 4 star breakfast.
I had stayed in the hotel more than 7 years ago and today it is still the same. I agree with other comments that it is a 3 star hotel, not 4 star. But comparing with other hotels & prices it was value for money (although not cheap). The room had no slippers and it is not nice to walk with bare feet on the carpet. The bathroom was not very clean. I asked for an upgrade and they offered me one to a superior room, but they asked me to pay for it (so it was not an upgrade). Service is ok, but nothing special. Expect 3 stars. We got what we expected.
